Installation under Windows 2000 Professional
Learn Piano has been tested and will run under Windows 2000 Professional with the following two known issues:

The installation must be run using Setup1.exe as opposed to Setup.exe. In the "Install from:" prompt simply enter the letter of your cdrom
drive - i.e. D:\

In order to save each student’s settings in the program each user name must be created using the maximum 8 characters. For
example:

In "User Setup" when you are prompted to "Type your name below" you would have to enter "user0001" as opposed to "user" in order to save
the lessons.

This is due to the DOS eight-character limitation. The "Type your full name box" is not affected by this limitation.
* Note
Running Learn Piano under Microsoft’s Windows 2000 "application compatibility mode" is another workaround for the above-mentioned issue.
Refer to Microsoft’s documentation for further details on running applications in compatibility mode.
