Access to PianoForKids.com is controlled on a subscription basis, and access to the lessons and videos of PianoForKids.com is further controlled by access keys that are released to members periodically during the course of their membership.
PianoForKids.com may periodically offer promotional subscription options where I can subscribe without any fees or financial obligations.
If I choose the monthly subscription option, I understand and I agree that I will be billed a monthly membership fee of $10.00 for each month I am enrolled until I cancel my Subscription. At the start of each month, access to the next four lessons in the curriculum will be added to those lessons already available to me. Subscribers must cancel their enrollment at least three days before the end of the monthly billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month's subscription. The monthly billing cycle ends on the second business day before the end of the month.
If I choose the quarterly subscription option, I understand and I agree that I will be billed a quarterly membership fee of $27.00 until I cancel my Subscription. At the start of each quarter, access to the next twelve lessons in the curriculum will be added to those lessons already available to me. Subscribers must cancel their enrollment at least three days before the end of the quarterly billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next quarter's subscription. The quarterly billing cycle ends on the second business day before the end of the quarter of membership. The quarterly membership starts on the month that membership starts.
If I choose the annual subscription option, I understand and I agree that I will be billed a yearly access fee of $100.00 each year I am enrolled until I cancel my Subscription. At the start of each year, access to the next forty-eight lessons in the curriculum will be added to those lessons already available to me. Subscribers must cancel their enrollment at least three days before the end of the yearly billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next year's subscription. The yearly billing cycle ends on the second business day before the end of the year of membership. The year's membership starts on the month that membership starts.
I understand that payment of my Subscription fee entitles me to access all resources including the video lessons, sheet music, instructional information, drawing and story collections, games, quizzes, and the Member's Room for the subscription period I signed up for. I understand that access to the lessons is controlled by an access key that allows me to accumulate lessons throughout the period of my membership, and that access is limited to those lessons that I have accumulated keys for. I also understand and agree that all subscription fees paid are final and there is no refund.
I can cancel my membership by faxing my cancellation to (603) 367-4440. I must include my last name, email and password with my cancellation notice. I may also cancel by emailing support@pianoforkids.com. The email must include my last name, email address, and password, and the word "Cancellation" in the subject field.
Within thirty (30) days of the expiration of my credit card, you will advise me by e-mail that my credit card is soon to expire. If you do not receive a response from me prior to my credit card expiration, I hereby authorize you to assume that my card has been renewed for one year. This will assure me of uninterrupted access to your service.
Access to the lessons on PianoForKids.com is through a combination of user name and password. I should remember my password. If I forget, I can answer the secret question and you will give it to me. I can also contact you for assistance in providing me with a password. Transferring or giving this password to another person is not allowed, and is a breech of this agreement, and is a violation of the law.
All material in PianoForKids.com is the property of PianoForKids.com. Unauthorized duplication and/or distribution of the material is a violation of the law and will be prosecuted.
